The curse is that the Red Sox won’t win the world series, not that they won’t make it to the world series. An important distinction. Can I get a chant of “Mookie, Mookie, Mookie,” going in the house? Error prone play still haunts Fenway park.
Astros in 5 vs. Bean Sox; or the Cards in 6. Boston is going to be emotionally drained after this series, and will forget that in order to be world champs, they have to actually WIN the world series.
