While the ass-hattedness of the hick Sgt. Major obsessed with grooming standards, the Howard Zinn-lite ruminations of the Mexican Sgt., and Ziggy's wry way with the perfect quip all seem a little overdone, I've found Generation Kill interesting and compulsively watchable so far, and particularly enjoy the "Situation Normal" bungling of the officers. (I would so not want to get stuck in a firefight with the likes of "Captain America" on my six.)

Generation Kill relata la intervención de la Compañía Bravo del Batallón de Reconocimiento de la I División de Marines.
La estructura sería:
I División de Marines, I Batallón de Reconocimiento, dividido en cinco compañías (Alfa, Bravo- que son las que aparecen en la serie- Charlie, Delta y HS - cuartel general y servicios-).
La Compañía Bravo está dividida en dos secciones o pelotones, a los que se llama Hitman y Asesinos, y cada uno de ellos tiene varios equipos- Hitman 1, 2, 3..- a bordo de vehículos, llamados Víctor.
Así, "todos los Victor Hitman Oscar Mike en cinco" quiere decir que todos los vehículos del pelotón Hitman estarán "en movimiento" en cinco minutos.
